the centre point of a circle is 5,3. the top most point of the circle is the vertex. the radius of the circle is 5 and one of the zeroes is 9. figure out the vertex. tehn figure out the equation and convert it in standard form?

p.s-plz exaplain step to step process or detailed ( i have done it but i am getting a diff answer that some people)
