Bot, please help me answer these: three forces T1, T2 , and 100N are in equilibrium. Find the magnitude of forces T1 and T2

As the forces are in equilibrium, the net force acting on the system is zero. Therefore,

T1 + T2 - 100N = 0

T1 + T2 = 100N

We cannot determine the individual magnitudes of T1 and T2 as there is only one equation with two unknowns.
