Please can someone help me! I've got to do a biology experiment
to Investigate the relationship between reaction temperature and the effectiveness of action of the enzyme amylase on starch. I really don't know what it is all about pls someone help :)

First, what is your test for the presence of starch? Iodine?
Once you have a test, then start with a standard solution (you decide) of starch, and a standard solution of amylase.
Put your standard solution of starch in test vials. Add the indicator solution.
Now, figure a way to monitor temperature of the vial.
Put your vial in a controlled temp (refrigerator, oven) and raise temp (or lower) by 5C. Then add amalyse, and measure reaction time. Do this for several temps.
