how do i slove this equation??
x ^2 – x = 0
First you can factor it.
x(x-1) = 0
In order for their product to = 0, one of the two terms, x or x-1, must be 0. What does that leave you for the other possible value of x?
I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
doesnt the two solutions x have 2 be the same number??
No. Thanks for asking.
