Use the solution of the system below to find x-y:
4x-2y=11
3x-4y=-6

a 11.3
b 0.1
c -0.1
d -11.3

please explain how to do this.

multiply the 1st equation by -2 and then add them to get rid of the y's [and hence find the x]

once you have the value of x sub it into either of the two equations to find y.

then just do x-y
