You should read the questions you post. Note that this post has no number other than 0 so I suppose 0 moles NaCl will have 0 Na^+.
To work any problem of this type, just remember that there are 6.02 x 10^23 molecules NaCl in a mole of NaCl and that there is one Na^+ per NaCl molecule.
