x = u^m + u = (e^y^2 + 4y)^m + e^y^2+4y
dx/dy = m(e^y^2 + 4y)^(m-1)*(2ye^y^2+4) + 2ye^y^2+4
But that pesky power of m really messes things up. Just finding y when x=2 is very difficult. I suspect a typo.
