*you have been saving for a new pair of sneakers that will be released at the end of the month. After months of saving, you realise that you will need help from your mother to purchase them

Mom: "Sure, what's on your mind?"

You: "Well, you know how I've been saving up for those new sneakers that are coming out at the end of the month?"

Mom: "Yes, I remember you mentioning that."

You: "Well, I've been saving for months, but I still don't have enough money to buy them. I was wondering if you could help me out with the rest of the money?"

Mom: "How much do you need?"

You: "I need about $50 more to be able to afford them."

Mom: "Okay, I can help you out with that. But I want you to remember that you need to be responsible with your money and not spend it all on one thing."

You: "I know, Mom. I promise I'll be careful with my spending."

Mom: "Alright then, let's go get those sneakers!"
