The equation for the formation of tripalmitin from glycerol and palmitate is:
Glycerol + 3 Palmitate → Tripalmitin + 3 ATP
Therefore, 3 ATP are required to form tripalmitin from glycerol and palmitate.
Glycerol + 3 Palmitate → Tripalmitin + 3 ATP
Therefore, 3 ATP are required to form tripalmitin from glycerol and palmitate.
