Title: Mass and Volume Measurements
Objective: To measure the mass and volume of a given sample.
Materials:
- Balance
- Graduated cylinder
- Sample
Procedure:
1. Place the sample on the balance and record the mass.
2. Place the sample in the graduated cylinder and record the volume.
Results:
The mass of the sample was measured to be 10.2 grams. The volume of the sample was measured to be 8.5 mL.
Conclusion:
The mass and volume of the sample were successfully measured.
