x2-x1=10-2=8
multiply 8 by 1/4 (because the point has to be 1/4th of the way)
8*1/4=8/4=2
count 2 from the lesser x-value (x1), 2
2+2=4
4 is your x-value

y2-y1=8-4=4
multiply 4 by 1/4
4*1/4=4/4=1
count 1 from the lesser y-value (y1), 4
4+1=5
5 is your y-value

(4, 5)
