Jerome had 32 red marbles and 48 blue marbles at first. He bought 24 more marbles. Then the number of red marbles increased by 25%. What was the percentage increase in the number of blue marbles?

32 * .25 = 8
so there were 24-8=16 new blue marbles
16/48 = 1/3 or 33.3%
