What is the cycle of malnutrition? What I have read it is the eating habits of one person and then they pass these eating habits onto their offspring, who passes these eating habits onto their offspring and so on. Until it just keeps going on and on. I am right?

That's a good part of the cycle. Malnutrition is also present where the family is too poor to have much to eat. However southern Asia has a different version of this cycle of malnutrition. Watch this fascinating and short video.
