let F1 be on x axis
let F2 be 60 degrees above x axis
Fx = F1 + F2 cos 60 = F1 + .5 F2
Fy = F2 sin 60
so
Fx = 10 + 10 = 20 N
Fy = 17.3 N
|F| = sqrt(400+300) = 26.5 N
tan angle above x axis = 17.3 / 20
angle = 40.9 degrees
