A correct name for ZnCO3 is zinc carbonate. The name you supplied is not recognized by the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry).
Zn + heat --> ZnO + CO2
ZnO + 2HCl ==> ZnCl2 + H2O
The numbers you have supplied for Zn, O, Cl are nuts and you didn't give one for C but I'll go along with them.I'll call C = 12. Molar mass ZnCO3 using your numbers is 5 + 12 + 3*16 = 65
moles Zn in 14.2 g using your numbers = 14.2/65 = 0.218
mols ZnCl2 formed, using your numbers,
= 0.218 mols ZnCO3 x (1 mole ZnO/1 mole Zn) x (1 mole ZnCl2/1 mol ZnCl2) = 0.218 x 1/1 x 1/1 = 0.218
Then grams ZnCl2 formed = moles ZnCl2 x molar mass ZnCl2. Using your numbers the molar mass of ZnCl2 = 5 + 12 = 17 so 0.218 x molar mass ZnCl2 = 0.218 moles x 17 g/mol = ?
I don't where you dreamed up these numbers for the atomic masses but good luck
