Rearrangement In Sn2 reactions do not occur because

A. they are especially fast and hence do not have time to rearrange.
B. it goes through a concerted transition state with no carbocation intermediate.
C. you do get rearrangements in Sn2 reaction
D. None of the above

I thought I was B, but I am not sure.. anyone??
