how can i find the perimeter of a semi circular flower bed of diameter 20m?

The perimeter of a circle is PI*diameter.

Half that is PI*diameter/2

Now add the straigh edge, diameter.

The formula for circumference (perimeter) of a circle is
C = pi * diameter

C = 3.14 * 20
C = 62.8 m

For a semicircle's perimeter, divide the circumference in half and add 20.
