Rank the metals from most reactive (1) to least reactive (3).

The most honest answer I can give is "I don't know". However, I've looked up the electronegativity of V, Nb, Ta, Db. Based on that I think Db is the most active with V being the least and others in between. Actually the EN of Db has not been determined but a source on the web has estimated it @ 0.7 on the Pauling scale. The others are easily found with V being the largest number
