Yes. The Pamplona Bull Run is a festival or celebration. However, it's only held for about a week in July -- so you'd need to time your visit for that time.

Okay, so the Pamplona Bull Run. Is it an event/festivl or something?
If it is, then that means I need another place to visit in Spain.
Thanks.

Only people who are rather crazy or drunk participate in that event. Thirteen have been killed and hundreds injured sinc 1924. The last death was an American who was gored in 1995.
Okay. I need a place I can visit in Spain, what it's like and what to do there.
I currently have Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Pamplona, Valencia, Pyrenees Mt.
The place must not be a festival/even/celebration.
Thank you.

How about the Costa del Sol? See my previous answer.
Right. I don't know if I should do that one, since I don't know what to write about.
Unless I write about going to the beach.
But if no other options are available, I will have to make do.
Thank you for your help!

The whole coast is a tourist mecca and resort area. I spent a week there -- and walked briefly on the beach once. However it made a good jumping-off place for nearby villages and the Strait of Gibraltar.

Bobpursley recommended Cadiz -- and provided a link to information about it.
Consider Ronda. Not many people know about it outside Spain. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It is on a plateau surrounded by canyons that have productive farmland. There is a scenic bull ring in the middle of the town.
