In a bag, there are 400 marbles. 60 are white, 120 are blue, and the remainder are red. If 20 red marbles are removed, what fraction of the remaining marbles in the bag are not white?

not white: 400-60 = 340
so, after removing 20 reds,
340/(400-20) = 340/380 = 17/19 not white
