There MUST be a mistake or typo here. There is no way HCl has a Ka of 1.3E-3. This question can be answered easily if we assume the acid is say HA with a Ka of 1.3E-3 but I don't want to answer any of them for fear of giving credence to HCl being a weak acid. It just ain't not so.
