Dane and Harrell had the same amount of money. After Dane spent $120 and Harrell spent 3/4 of his money, the ratio of Dane’s money to Harrell’s money was 4:3. How much money had Dane left?

If they started out with x each, then
(x-120)/(1/4 x) = 4/3
x = 180
So Dane had 180-120 = $60
