A = πr(r+s)
= πr(r+√(r^2+h^2))
so using your numbers (where r=7), that would be
A = 7π(7+√(7^2+24^2)) = 224π
you should recognize the standard 7-24-25 right triangle
and that's pi, NOT pie!!!
