The volume of a gas is increased six times the original volume by heating it. If the original temperature of the gas was 27 oC, what is the final temperature of the gas?

Let V1 = 100 mL, then V2 = 600 mL and T1 = 27 + 273 = 300 K.
Then (V1/T1) = (V2/T2). Substitute and solve for V2 in kelvin. Convert to C if desired.
