Describe how the graph of y=-2f[3(x-1)]-4 can be obtained from the graph of f(x)=x^4.

f(x) = x^4
shift right by 1: y = f(x-1) = (x-1)^4
compress horizontally by 3: y = f[3(x-1)] = [3(x-1)]^4
and so on for the other transformations: reflection, stretch, shift
