Reason why it is impossible to suck liquid in your mouth using a drinking straw on the surface of the moon

it is not the suction which draws up the liquid
it is the air pressure pushing down on the liquid outside the straw.
The moon has no atmosphere, so sucking on the straw will do nothing.
