y-x+2=0 has a slope of 1, so you want lines with slope = -1.
f'(x) = 3x^2-4x
so now solve
3x^2-4x = -1
and find f(x) at those points
f'(x) = 3x^2-4x
so now solve
3x^2-4x = -1
and find f(x) at those points
