Draw side AB
I assume you can construct a 60° angle. (google it if not) Bisect it to get a 30° angle

with A as center, draw a circle of radius 8. Where it intersects the ray from B is point C.

ii) the locus is just the perpendicular bisector of AB.
b. No idea what L2 is.
c. when you figure that out, you can measure BC. It should agree with the calculations:
sinC/6 = sin30°/8
A = 180-(30+C)
BC^2 = 6^2+8^2 - 2*8*6 cosA
iii) no idea which circle you mean.
