There is no reaction between the KCl and Na2CO3 ; however, each will dissociate into their respective ions.
KCl (aq) + Na2CO3(aq) ==>K^+(aq) + Cl^-(aq) + 2Na^+(aq) + [CO3]^2-(aq)
