This website made my grades go from a B+ to a C-! I don't trust this website anymore!

The help (answers) you get depend upon where the information comes from. From those who depend upon students furnishing answers from their homework/tests is always accurate since teachers can (and do) change the answers/questions around. Also students give answers and often those are wrong. Few answers given by tutors are incorrect but sometimes the question is not clear as to its meaning.
