Just for the record those should not be 1s. Should be
iron(III) sulfate and lithium nitrate react to form lithium sulfate and iron(III) nitrate
While that reaction will NOT occur, here is the balanced equation.
Fe2(SO4)3 + 6LiNO3 --> 3Li2SO4 + 2Fe(NO3)3
