Is [OH-] = 3.0 x 10^-2M acidic base or neutral

I would call [OH-] = 3.0 x 10^-2M a very basic solution but you can do it this way.
[OH^-] [H^+] = Kw = 1E-14
[H^+] = Kw/[OH^-] = 1E-14/3E-2 = 3.33E-13 M
Remember if H^+ > 1E-7 it is acid
If H^+ = 1E-7 it is neutral
If H^+ <1E-7 is is basic.
Note that I'm comparing (H^+) and NOT pH. You can convert all to pH if you wish in which case if pH = 7 = neutral
pH<7 = acid
pH > 7 basic
