C is incorrect.
Read your text, paying attention to “executive branch.”

Anon, I did I’ve read it but it talks about the Governor not having a lot of power since that’s the way they want it to strip him of being too powerful. Then in another part it talks about power being centralized in one area so they divided it to avoid that happening. But it’s not clear, I’ve gone over it over and over and I’m not sure. It’s driving me crazy!!!I think it could be centralized power or the Governor?????or it could be A. So I’m stuck between 3 choices!!!

The lesson speaks briefly about not wanting too much power in the executive branch. So is it A ???
