c = speed of light in a vacuum = 3*10^8 m/s approximately
3.99 hr * 3600 seconds/hr= 14364 = 1.4*10^4 s
distance =speed * time
= 3*10^8 * 1.4*10^4 = about 5 * 10^12 meters, quite far
