What would happen if the concentration of O2 was decreased in the following reaction: 2H2 (g) + O2 (g) <--> 2H2O (l)

Actually, you don't tell me enough to know what you're doing; however, if the reaction is at equilibrium then a decrease in O2 will shift the reaction to the left.
