I read the problem saying that 37 g of cereal gives you 49.5% of the 1.18 mg riboflavin needed per day as the RDA.
1.18 mg x 0.495 = 0.584 mg. So basically we want to know how much of the cereal to eat to obtain 45 ug if 37 g will give 584 ug.
37/584 = x/45
x =37 x 45/584 = ?
Check my thinking (my interpretatioin of the quesion)
