A microscope produces an upright image that is 0.5 cm high from an object that is 2 mm high. What is the magnification?

magnification = (image size/actual size) = 5 mm/2 mm = ?

0.050 meter / 0.002 meter= 50 / 2 = 25

sorry, I read 5 cm not .5
0.005 / 0.002 = 5/2 = 2.5
0.005 / 0.002 = 5/2 = 2.5
