Is there a way to know the power of a fridge if the current of 4.5 A and voltage of 115 volts is given?

yes, watts = current * voltage = 4.5 *115 = 517.5 watts
However that is really not quite true for an alternating current motor. The current is inevitably not exactly in phase with the voltage. I doubt if your text is into that though.
