Sure, here's an example of a conclusion in a narrative essay:
"In the end, the experience taught me a valuable lesson. I learned to be more open-minded and accepting of others, even those who are different from me. I discovered that by stepping out of my comfort zone and trying new things, I could learn and grow as a person. Most importantly, I found that the power of empathy and understanding can bridge even the widest divides. As I reflect on the experience, I am grateful for the opportunity and look forward to continuing to learn and grow as a person."

Proverbs are short, wise sayings that are commonly used to illustrate and convey a moral or lesson in many African cultures. They are typically passed down from generation to generation through oral tradition and are often associated with shared experiences and values.
Proverbs play an essential role in African cultural legacy for several reasons. Firstly, they are an effective way of passing down values and wisdom from older generations to younger ones. Proverbs help to preserve and maintain cultural practices and beliefs, and they serve as a way to connect people across different regions and countries in Africa.
Moreover, proverbs are also important as they reflect a community's history, experiences and challenges. They can also reveal the unique cultural nuance and subtleties of African societies. They can help to promote understanding and tolerance between different cultures, further strengthening the bond between different societies in Africa.
Overall, the importance of proverbs lies in their ability to encapsulate cultural values, ethics, and wisdom into a short, simple statement that can inspire and guide individuals in a wide range of situations.

The factors that allowed the cultures of West and East Africa to endure are diverse, but they share some common characteristics. Some of these factors include geographic location, trade and commerce, and the maintenance of traditional customs and practices. Additionally, the preservation of cultural practices, such as oral traditions and social structures, allowed cultures to maintain their unique identities despite outside influences.
