the ones place must be 1,3 or 7
1 is out, so the only candidates are 13 and 57
So pick the prime.

100 is not prime number.

The prime numbers 60 to 99 are:

67, 71 , 73 , 79 , 83 , 89 , 97

The one place is two more than the tens place only for 79.

So answer is 79.

OR

Numbers 60 to 99 where the one place is two more than the tens place are:

68 and 79

68 = 2 • 2 • 17

This means 68 is not prime.

Answer is 79.
