    hard to say. If the radius is r, then
v = πr^2 h
dv/dt = 2πrh dr/dt + πr^2 dh/dt
a = 2πr^2 + 2πrh
da/dt = 4πr dr/dt + 2πh dr/dt + 2πr dh/dt
