The temperature for Nome at 6 a.m. was -31 and at the same time Atlanta temperature was 64 how much lower is Nome temperature then Atlanta temperature

-31 is 31 left of zero and + 64 is 64 right of zero
so
the difference is 31 + 64 = 95
or in other words
64 - -31 = 64+31 = 95
