I'm trying to calculate the price per ounce, and I'm having trouble converting from milliliters to ounces. If something costs $1.06 per milliliter, then how much would it cost per ounce? Thank you!

well, ounce is a measure of weight, and milliliter is a measure of volume, so unless you know the density, you're stuck.
However, few seem to realize that a fluid ounce (fl oz) is a measure of volume, and is in fact 29.57 mL
