Initially
Xavier spends $460
x - 460
Zane’s mom gave 200
x - 120 + 200
= x + 80
now 1/4 of Zane’s money = Xavier’s money
=> 1/4 (x + 80) = x - 460
x + 80 = 4x - 1840
=> 3x = 1920
x = 640
So, Xavier’s initial money in $640
Zane’s initial money is $520
Xavier spends $460
x - 460
Zane’s mom gave 200
x - 120 + 200
= x + 80
now 1/4 of Zane’s money = Xavier’s money
