if choosing one number from 0 to 100 randomly.
find the probability that a number chosen is of last digit is greater than first digit of two number.

I haven't understand and i am post it again as I didn't got reply on the previous post???
Please let me know again this solution in detailed way..

I did reply to your previous post. Consider the possibilities:
10-19: 8
20-29: 7
...
80-89: 1
1+2+...+8 = 8*9/2 = 36
so, P = 36/101
