    converting to slope-intercept form
3x + y = 5 ... y = -3x + 5
15x + 5y = 2 ... 5y = -15x + 2 ... y = -3x + 2/5
these are parallel lines (same slope, different intercepts)
they never intersect, so, no unique solution
