no way to tell, since you give no indication of angles or other sides.
If the two lengths are the legs of a right triangle, then A = (1/2)(5)(11) = 55/2 ft^2
If the 11m is the hypotenuse, then the other leg is √96 = 4√6 so the area is (1/2)(5)(4√6) = 10√6 ft^2
Otherwise, all bets are off.
