An arrow is shot into the air, it height "h" (in feet) above the ground is given by h = -16t^2 + 32t + 5, where "t" is the time elapsed in seconds. How long will it take the arrow to reach maximum height?

since h is a parabola, its vertex is at t = -b/2a = -32/-32 = 1
