The only processing/manufcturing incident I could find was in the same above url that indicated that Dupont allowed one of the chemicals in the manufacture of teflon to leak into the watershed around the plants and that material was ingested and accumulated in the gills of come fish species and it traveled up the food chain. I suggest you Google the same question you posted and see what you can find. I'm sure there is more than one such report. I just didn't find it.
