how can the frictional force of a wooden block sliding on the floor be measured? predict what its force versus time graph will look like.

if the block starts up stationary the force goes up until the static friction is overcome and it starts moving.Then either the force goes down for constant velocity with less friction or the block accelerates if the force remains greater than the frictional resistance.
